WATERVILLE, OH (July 10, 2008)- Matt Miller and the DSI Racing Team will travel to Brownstown Indiana and compete in the UMP sanctioned Summer National event this Friday night July 11th at Brownstown Speedway. Matt and the team will be looking to win the $10,000 first place prize at a track where Matt has had success. Then on Saturday July 12th Matt will travel to Oakshade Raceway in Wauseon, Ohio for the UMP Summer Nationals Finale. The 60-lap feature event will pay $10,000 to the winner and should attract a huge field of cars to final race of the 2008 UMP Summer Nationals tour. This past weekend matt competed in a MACS sanctioned event this past weekend racing at the Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth, OH. The 75-lap $10,000 to win event drew a strong group of 56 drivers from seven different states. Matt and the DSI racing Team would qualify 10th out of the 56 drivers entered and finished 2nd in the B-Main to earn an18th starting position for the feature. Matt would drive to the front and race in the top ten early but was caught up in wreck caused by other competitors and was finished for the night with broken front suspension. Matt would finish a disappointing 18th.
 
"We had a really good car again this week but we just seem to get caught up in other driver's mistakes. Stephen McCullough has been great in giving me this chance to drive his cars on a part time basis and we've been fast just about every time out. Hopefully we can get this bad luck out of the way and have some good runs this weekend", stated Matt.
